Ok, so i'm not really thinking outside the box when it comes to the Recipe theme this week, but this is an absolutely fantastic chocolate cupcake recipe and i think you all deserve to know it's chocolate-y goodness!!
Chocolate Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
1 cup SR white flour
1 cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons of cocoa
4 oz margarine/butter
2 eggs
½ cup milk
Cocoa icing sugar, butter, water

Turn oven on to 180*C. Line and Grease a 20cm ring tin. Sif... Read Moret all dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk. Melt margarine. Slowly add all the wet ingredients while beating with electric beaters (eggs > margarine > milk). Pour mixture into the ring tin and bake in oven for 25 minutes, rotate tin and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Let cake cool. Ice with chocolate Icing.
