Finally it was friday night, time to party. I was as de-stressed as i could be, considering the fact that i've always for at least a small modicom of stress hanging around me. Bri and Kath had been great though, rocking up early to chill, help set up and get ready. People started turning up, i looked nice in my new dress and eventually most of my mates were there. Granted, people were pretty tired because lots of them had gone out the night before, and most of my closer friends weren't drinking, again because they'd been out the night before and wanted to go out the next night, so people cleared out pretty early. Still, i had an awesome time, seeing everyone and just catching up. Plus, i got lots of fun pressies - including a pair of blue tights like the ones i'd torn overseas, most thoughtful gift ever! We had cake before midnight (haha, people were already leaving, so we had to do it!) and i was flopped on the couch in my pjs by 1am, waiting for the last few people to get picked up and just chilling. Leaving the majority of the packing up until the morning, i (and the few people staying over) went up to bed.
I got no sleep, and when some of the boys wanted me to take them home at 7am because they wanted to sleep off their hangovers in their own beds, i had to walk to church (in the rain and barefeet) and get my car, to drop them home. Finally, after that, i got some sleep - and when i woke up most of the clean up was done! Parents are awesome sometimes.
I had a really fun night, but i'm glad the stress of it all is over! No more parties until the 21st :P
