Kids Club - Day #1

To catch you up? I'm now in charge of Kids Club. On the plus side, that means that i get credit for everything great. On the downside, it means that everything that goes wrong will be my fault.

This morning went swimmingly (despite a 7.45am start); all the leaders were great, the group changeovers went smoothly and the kids were happy. This afternoon put my ridiculous scavenger hunt to the test; overall, it didn't go that badly. However, it was a little too long for some of the kids and i made some mistakes on the sheets that ALMOST led teams astray - these were the things that most play on my mind. Even so, people said i did a good job and i chose to believe them.

I dropped an assignment into uni after we cleaned up, came home and nearly passed out on the couch and am now sitting here, avoiding the next assignment on my plate like the plague... irresponsible and ultimately going to kill me, but i've never learnt. So, with that, i bid you adieu - much to do tonight and another early morning tomorrow!
