Heads Or Tails

WONDER

Skittles (www.skittles0366.blogspot.com) runs a weekly meme called 'Heads or Tails' and she invited me to be a part of it - so, i'm going to give it a go. Basically (i think this is how it works...), there's a theme assigned to heads and tails each week. If Barb flips heads, we can write on anything to do with the assigned 'heads' topic. If she flips a tails, we've got to stick to the topic we're given... This week was a 'heads', with the topic 'wonder'...

I'm always wondering things. The amount of posts i write that contain the phrase 'i wonder...' would be crazy if you added them up. I wonder about why the world is as it is. I wonder why things happen, why the grass is always greener on the other side, why i can never find any bluetack when i need it, why my room is never as clean as i like it to be... I wonder lots of things. Right at this particular second, i'm wondering why two people can be described in the same way, yet one of them be better than the other. Now, this makes no sense, i understand that. I don't think it's necessary to elaborate, but it fits the post for me to tell you that i'm wondering about it at the moment.

The problem with my wonderings is that i never seem to get very far with them. I mean, i pose the question but i never reach an answer. Maybe this is one of those times when it's all about the journey, rather than the actual answer? Haha, it's slightly ironic that i'm writing about wondering about wondering...

Maybe just asking the questions is enough... ?

Nice post - guess there aren't many answers to our wonderings...

The journey is supposed to what it's all about, right? We always seem to weather the storms and that makes the calm on the other side so much more appreciated and enjoyable.

Three times is too many. If you are too close to the situation to see for yourself, you need to seek out someone not part of the situation. :)
