I CANNOT Hold A Grudge... Oh Well!
I can't hold grudges. Which is great for others, but annyoing when i want to hold grudges! Lol, but i'm in a bizzarely good mood (not ecstatic, but just generally cheery), which means that i don't really care.
What have i been up to this week? Uni mainly, chilling with my uni friendS (yes, plural!!). Tuesday night PB and i hung out at the beach, just chilling in the car, seeing as it was raining. I almost killed us, as i somehow ended up getting the lanes confused and being on the wrong side of the road while we were driving. Thank goodness there were no cars. And damn him for distracting me! Lol, but it was fun, albeit cold - but i was exhausted by midnight, when i finally staggered into bed.
Last night we had a bizzare sort of girls night. A few of us, an entire tub of ice-cream, some pizza, cookie-dough, and only about two hours, before all but Roz left! Bizzare. Roz didn't leave until 1am, she spent a good few hours comforting me and we complained about the state of the world in general. I felt much better afterwards! At least i'd stopped crying (it'd been an emotional day).
MarriedMan came to visit me at work today (calling me 'sweetcheeks... bizzare!). He said he loves the blog. I love getting complimented about the blog. Even thought it means that people are reading it, which trips me out somewhat! MarriedMan instructed me to tell you all that he had a giant picnic bar for lunch today and spent the morning struggling with tape in his office. And he calls that a job. Hopeless! I love it when people come in to visit me at work :)
I had to go and see Joseph and the Technicoloured Dreamcoat (or raincoat, as i accidentally called it all week) today, as the kids that i babysit every week were in it. It was actually fantastic! A whole bunch of the kiddies that go to Kids Club were in it, so i was oh-so-proud, sitting there in the audience. There were some kids who were AMAZING singers... and some that reallllllly were awful. But it's all relative! On the whole, it was an enjoyable few hours!
Because the play finished at 2.30 and i didn't have to be back to pick the girls up until 3.30, i had an hour to kill. So, i went and hung out at PB's for awhile. Their dog is seriously just the cutest thing ever! We had a nice conversation, me trying to describe timtams and him trying to tell me he doesn't look gay in a scarf (this was a conversation between me and PB, btw, not me and the dog!).
Unfortunately, i was then reeeally late to pick the girls up... oops! An afternoon of grumpy kids (one of whom had spent the afternoon in a photo shoot with Natalie Imbruglia!), trying to get them ready for dancing, fill their tummies and not let them kill each other on the playstation, i finally got home.
I'm all ready to blow uni off tomorrow morning. I'm sooo just not in the mood! So i'm going to walk Barney with PB instead. Then off to work. Then a family dinner. Then back to work. Doesn't tomorrow sound like fun? Lol, i'm actually looking forward to it.
I'm still smiley. It's bizzare (that's the word of the week). Make the most of it!
Annie
