That Indeterminate Tomorrow

Do you know those people who will sit you down, hear your problem and then say "don't worry - it'll all be ok"? They're everywhere. In fact, you don't meet many people who DON'T say that!

It drives me nuts. Sure, say you don't want to listen. Say you don't care. Say that it's all going to go to hell. Whatever. But, unless you're God (and if you are, then i'm a few grapes short of a bunch), then you really don't know what is going to happen tomorrow. You don't know that everything is going to be just dandy. And you know it. Are you trying to lull people into a false sense of security?

I just don't want to spend my days sitting around and waiting for a day that may never come.
