What Dreams Are Made Of

All Good Things Come In Threes

While i don't know about things from the rest of the big wide world, but i know of at least a few good things that come in threes; X-men movies, Charmed sisters, triplets... and apparently good dreams - for me at least. It's happened before and it happened again in the last few days. Three nights, three good dreams, three completely random trains of seemingly subconscious thought.

Now, i don't always remember everything from these little treats from the deep, dark recesses of my mind. So the recounts are somewhat piecey. This time, the random factor jumped waaaay off the charts so i thought i'd share. Now, apparently the first dream is the best and they steadily deteriorate, so i'll work backwards from dream number three...

Thursday
Picture this. My old house, in Fisher, with it's abundance of green and room full of cats and purple freizes. All of the Walford Year 12s. And ALL of the Walford boarders (I told you it was random). Apparently, we were all hanging at my place, waiting for the time to arrive when we would trek down to the airport and pick up some kind of unknown, but incredibly important, guest who would soon be arriving. Seem relatively usual? Well, when you add in the fact that we all decided to WALK from my house to the airport, hardly an early morning jaunt. So, the 50-or-so of us set out, only to encounter a field of hot footballers, a selection of crazy and wonderland type characters and numerous other incidents.

Wednesday
This one's short and probably holds more personal amusement than anything much else. It involves my mother inviting a certain male to dinner. This included not only the accepting of said invitation but also a lovely interrogation from my father, food being flung by my brother, the startling (and apparently scary) green eyes of my kitty-cat and a generally mortifying evening. At the time, not so funny. But upon recallection in the morning light, the humour presents itself much more readily.

Tuesday
This one's the whopper. My personal favourite dream in quite some time. Who? All the gang; Noodle, George, SportingBuddy and i, among others, plus a handful of our favourite male companions. What? A gathering; movies and alcohol. When? In the middle of a rainy night. Where? Someone's place, simple as that. Why? Because we're all so damned bored of late!!! Now. To the events of said dream. Less central (in my opinion) to the dream were the actions of us as a group; at some point we were literally sprinting around the outside of the house, again and again, in pursuit of an invisible being whom we all simply HAD to catch. This was followed by a stint in the backyard where we rediscovered our roots and were digging in the grass like gophers, with our bare hands, searching for a hidden treasure - buried no doubt by the invisible being. But my favourite part of the dream? Well, amisdt a giggling Noodle, perhaps a little under the weather, who was playing the Peeping Tom for the evening, me and a certain boy were sitting on the couch together... 'waching' the movie. No, we weren't hooking up, get your minds out of the gutter! We're talking about little old innocent me here, even in my dreams i'm nothing too different. But i'm not going to detail why i was enjoying my couch-companion. But apparently the room full of people didn't bother me or i my dream self didn't notice them anyway. :D Now, this guy, by the way, was NOT someone who we would have expected girls! But i'll keep and names to myself :P

Lol, well, there's a higgledy-piggledy account of a random and unexpected dream. Probably far more interesting to me than you, but what can you do :P *Sigh* But i tell you, i was walling all day. Saturday night's soiree has Noodle prodding for my dreams to literally come true. Geez. The hoodie didn't hurt the situation either :P

Well, i'm off to bed - maybe i'll get lucky and have four good dreams in a row!

Sleep well faithful bloggers - Sweet Dreams!

XOXO
