Here's A Thought...

Have You Ever Wondered...

I was talking to a guy friend of mine the other day and noticed that he'd had a hair cut. So, i did the girl thing and said; 'hey, you've had a haircut! Looks good.' (or something equally mundane). Suprisingly, i was met with the reply; 'girls aren't supposed to comment when a guy gets a hair cut.', which was accompanied by a look that clearly said i was a moron for not already knowing this.

Ok, now here's the bit to make you think; why is it that the girls, who notice when guys get their hair cut, aren't supposed to say anything, while the guys, who never notice when a girl changes her hair, are supposed to?

That seems pretty silly to me (right along with the fact that it should be different for girls and guys in the first place, but whatever...). What do you think?
