Saturday morning, i had to say goodbye to one of my little swimmers. He's a darling little four year old - blonde, cheeky grin, cuddly and adorable. And a fish. On saturday, he moved up to the next class group and i'm not having any more lessons with him!! He gave me a big hug and kiss goodbye and said he'd miss me. I was pretty devestated that he's leaving me!
Another little tot, who's normally a smiley little angel, apparently had a scary encounter earlier in the morning when he had his photo taken with santa, and hadn't recovered by the time he made it to swimming lessons. Once he'd stopped crying, sat on my hip for a half hour and done his jumps (i felt sorry for his parents, who really just paid $30ish for me to hug their kid. On their way out the door, he stopped to blow me kisses goodbye. Adorable. I love my kids when they're sweet like that. Makes the whole thing worthwhile.
