This morning, Dr. B, his wife, the SouthAfrican, myself and a bunch of others rocked up at church, bright and early. We were recording a CD for the kids' christmas present! So, we spent the morning singing christmas carols, nursery rhymes, silly dittys... it was so much fun! We four singers all sounded good together, and it was pretty awesome to think that we were going to end up on a CD that everyone would listen to! Granted, i haven't heard the recording yet, and there's always the possibility that i sound completely ridiculous, but for now i'm happy in thinking that we sound 100% fantastic and like proper singers. Which is really, really cool.
