Ok... special memory... you know what, i'm so tired that i'm having trouble thinking of one! But a pretty special memory is of the weekend i turned 18, last year. I had a friends 21st on friday night, another 21st on saturday night and at midnight i became the birthday girl - scoring high fives all around and a birthday kiss. Then i got a suprise bbq lunch from some of the girls! It was a good weekend - definately the way to celebrate turning 18!

Happy belated birthday! I remember (distantly) the feeling of being ‘grown-up’ at your age … and being ‘carded’ at my wedding when I was 23 … but at 63 I wouldn’t go back there for love nor money because retired life is just too nifty for words … but I heartily suggest you savor everything all the time!
I used HoT (at Small Reflections) this week as a way to ‘revisit’ some of my earliest blog posts and remind myself just why I entered the Blogosphere in the first place.
