Playing With The Big Bucks

Ok, so i've been sick and am a little behind on the blog. So sue me. But i'll start catching you up. Last monday night, Freckles held a poker night! All girls, of course (i believe the term is now 'vagdoo' - at least according to urban dictionary). There were nine girls, lots of poker chips, even more food and it was $1 to play.

Our first game took almost three hours. Alright, so maybe that had something to do with the fact that women talk an awful lot. It can be awfully distracting. But it also makes poker lots more fun! :P By the end of the game, we'd lost half our players either to bankruptcy or the internet. In the end, George and i won a tied first place! YAY! By the time i payed Roz back (she paid my entrance into the game :P), i made a grand total of $2. Very exciting!

Seeing as our first game took a whole three hours, we gave up on the idea of starting another. Instead, we spent the next three hours gossiping. Typical girl stuff. Much fun. By 4am, i was home safe, tucked up in bed.
