Don't You Hit Me With That Fish!

Lindsay Lohan is back. While that pretty much says it all, i'll tell you more anyway. Loz and i went to an SAFM showing of Georgia Rules. Starring Jane Fonda, Felicity Hauffman and Lindsay Lohan, the highlight of the evening was seeing Adelaide's very own radio personality, Alexis. Well, ok, maybe the movie wasn't that bad. But it had some definate flaws.

Firstly, Lindz has branched out! We have moved from the chick flick to the chick flick/arty try-hard movie. Interesting. When the movie starts out, you think it's about one thing. Half way through the movie, you think that the subplot is just that - a subplot. Suddenly, the movie ends and that subplot was apparently the main plot... it was rather confusing. But hey, i hung on and whispered to Loz during the tricky parts to keep her up to date :P

Another problem? Although endearing, the main male just wasn't that damn attractive. What is usually the best distraction just wasn't. Damn. Plus, Lindsay is just so darn skinny! It's just not right. That said, she looks better than she used to. Yay for her! Seriously, it's good that she looks a little better.

All in all? Ok, so it wasn't that bad. It actually had a few decent parts - and a few decent quotes! Like the fish one (post title) and "for a pretty girl, you sure do stupid well", which, if you think about it, isn't that funny. But it amused me at the time. Maybe it will amuse you too? Go see it and see what you think.
