Full Moon

The Legends Are True...

You've all heard the rumours. A glowing full mood hanging over a dimly lit landscape, big dogs howling into the sky, witches sailing across the moon, lit by beams of light... Are you seeing what i'm seeing? You're sitting around a camp fire, coals glowing, guitar strumming and you see a shadow flit across the clearing. Then you are told the inevitable scary stories about warewolves, creepy things that go bump in the night... and the strange effects that the moon can have on people...

Tonight, as i glanced up at the sky while Loz and i were driving through Macca's, i caught an eerie glimpse of a full moon shining through gnarled branches. Suddenly, realisation hit us like a ton of bricks; it was the full moon that was causing every male within a ten kilometre radius to act like some kind of deformed monkey with a brain the size of a pea. Well, maybe not EVERY guy, but lots of them!

We've got Fitzy who is apparently involved in some elaborate plot to have a bunch of morons go wild, jump my fence and trash my pool. If you can make any sense of that, let me know. Because i can't understand why he a) told me or b) hasn't stopped them. Apparently he's reverted to immaturity. Then there's GameNerd. With icky hair longer than mine, an irrational temper, a stubborn streak that is unreasonable beyond belief and an incredibly slack work ethic, he's one short step away from driving me insane. What about SaviourDave who, for some UNKNOWN REASON, will NOT STOP POKING ME. Apparently it's amusing when i get angry and ask him to stop because it makes me uncomfortable. It seems that when i am absolutely infuriated i am actually hilarious to watch. How mature.

Yes, i realise that i'm not the most tolerant person in the world. Yes, i realise that i have incredibly annoying qualities. However, i believe that i am consistent at least! These guys are either always moronic and i've just noticed or else the full moon has made them act crazy. Let's hope it's the latter and that they'll snap out of it pretty soon. Fingers crossed!
