1 down... 4 to go!
Somehow that seems like so much! After maths tomorrow, i'll have three (yes, i'll do the maths for you - good practice) and that just seems like so many less! Even though they're the hardest... but i'm trying not to think too much about that yet! Still only up to the Interwar Period in Persian history, but that's almost there! At last!
Anyhoo, maths tomorrow... very scary because i feel both under-prepared and relatively relaxed - which seems to sum up my permanent mental state at the moment! Thank goodness for cheat sheets, is all i can say!
In my lovely and befuddled state of mind, i am contemplating all of the wild money making schemes that i could pursue, but i'm yet to hit on a good one. Did you know how fast money is spent when you don't have a source of income and must pay for everything from socks to pens, petrol to haircuts. Don't you just wish that money grew on trees?
Now, i'll put this idea out there - should i, or should i not, look forward to the sorry excuse for a weekend long party that is better known as Schoolies? It seems to me that it may in fact just be a rather large let down... seeing as i have been told that the perve is off-limits, the BB is 'taken' and the patter is a stoner. Not sure how much of that i believe but... Ah well, you never know. Could be fun!
On the topic of fun, apparently i am going to a party soon, with the theme 'occupation'. In translation, that means 'skank'. Not really my thing. However, the powers that be (eg. the pigmy) decided that i was going. Joyous. Now i'm seeking some sane company, but i'm not yet convinced that i've found any! That reminds me, there are one or two 'informal invites' that i've got to pass along - you probably can guess who they're pointed towards, they usually get invites to out social events :P Well, it'll be an interesting 'do to say the least... I tell you now, it's going to take LOTS of work to get me into a slutty costume, ok?!?
Oh, i got Dawson's Creek Season 5! Yay! Now i won't be QUITE so bored when i study. Random items of no interest: I have the Remembrance Day Service on Saturday and have to remember to go! I might be waitressing for my friends engagement party on Sunday -- he's so young, it's still tripping me out. U2 is exactly a week away! I've got to get my ticket off someone, then try and convince one of the loveable, fantastic, generous, patient, tolerant, sympathetic, marvelous people who i'm tagging along with to give me a lift (yes, i hope they're reading this). I don't know where to go, aren't a huge fan of crowds, would be all by my little-own-lonesome otherwise... take pity on me, give me a lift, ok? You'll win eternal gratitute and i promise not to break the car or to laugh at you for settling down so young :P Just think about U2 at the other end of the drive!
With little left to say, other than the fact that my regular blog-reads are disappointingly lacking in the new post department :P, i shall love you all and leave you, in hopes of getting a little more study done before bed... wish me luck for my exam tomorrow! I might just need it.
Oh and george? Just for your amusement, i have once again been left to smile idiotically alone in the hovel after certain events... :P So satisfying for ten minutes work.
A bientot!
Annie
