Awesome wednesday truly lived up to what i expected it to. I slept in until 10am. I watched episodes of Veronica Mars all day, interspersed with reading more of the Twilight series. I had a yummy lunch. I curled my hair all pretty. English came over and we watched the end of Full Monty, then we watched Sky High. It was a really good day, if for no other reason than because nothing went wrong.
Today, being thursday, meant that awesome wednesday was over. That, in itself, was reason enough to be a little cranky. I did, however, manage to finish writing Kids Club protocols, make it through a staff meeting and survive a uni lecture. Also, it seems that people have decided that i can do my job after all. Either that, or there is too much guilt floating around about giving me the flick. Either way, whatever.
Tonight? More Veronica Mars. Because pointing my brain towards anything more strenuous would involve an amount of effort that i am not willing/unable to exert. It's a perplexing anomaly; even though i've been sleeping more, i really don't have the gumption to move. Yawn.
What's next... i'm considering going to bed? But surely it's too early for that. Maybe i could crack open a book, highlight some notes, work on my english assignment... or maybe i could go and read my book some more. The similarities between the protagonist (aside from the boys being vampires and warewolves) and myself are somewhat staggering, so i'm very concerned as to what she plans to do next. Fingers crossed that everything comes up daisies.
